The International Leadership and Management Certified Coach program is a comprehensive, internationally accredited training designed to prepare professional coaches capable of delivering high-quality coaching services in line with the highest global standards. The program is developed according to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) framework and covers all essential and advanced skills required for effective coaching practice, including communication, active listening, guidance, motivation, goal setting, as well as techniques for managing individual and group challenges to achieve tangible results
